The Belief Series #2 Workout (for beginners):
- Top Tip: Always complete a series of dynamic stretches / warm ups before exercising. (A full-bodied, detailed dynamic warm up series is availble as part of the full Cbd System)
- Press Ups (leaning against door or wall) x 5
- Thai Knees (each leg) x 6
- V-Hold Twist with weight (feet in air or feet floored) x 5 each side
- Top Tip: Always complete a series of static stretches / cool downs after exercising. (A full-bodied, detailed series of static stretches is availble as part of the full Cbd System)
Firstly, you would set a countdown timer for 15 minutes, preferably one which beeps or sounds a mini alarm every time one minute passes.
Start your countdown timer and then do Press Ups x5, immediately followed by Thai Knees (each leg) x 6 and with no rest, you would end with V-Hold Twist x 5 each side.
Now imagine you completed all of that in 45 seconds, you would then have 15 seconds of rest until the next 1 minute round starts. As soon as the next 1 minute round starts, you would do Press Ups x5 again, immediately followed by Thai Knees (each leg) x 6 and with no rest, you would end again with V-Hold Twist x 5 each side. Then you would again rest until the start of the next 1 minute round. This sequence would continue until all 15 (1 minute) rounds were completed.
The key is to complete your exercise sequence as quickly and as intensely as possible, because this would in turn allow you more time to rest between each 1 minute round. Always remember that most of the time quality is more important than quantity, but to effectively complete the CBD Rampage Belief Series #2, you need both quality and quantity combined.
